Technical information about visits to the Site (depersonalized) is also collected by statistics counters installed on the site.

Personally provided user information

For the purpose of concluding contracts, the User may provide personal data about himself, as well as about the organization and its authorized persons in whose interests he acts. In particular, this may include:

The following data about a legal entity may also be provided: its name, registration and identification codes (in particular, EDRPOU, TIN), location address and mailing address, business telephone numbers, bank account details, bank name and correspondent accounts, etc.

Information relating to an organization is not considered personal data.

Obligations of the parties

The user is obliged to:

— provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site within the framework of the Agreement or concluding a Contract.

— in the event of concluding an Agreement with the Site Owner, update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes to this information.

The Administration / authorized representative / owner of the Site undertakes:

— use the information provided by the User exclusively within the purposes defined by this Privacy Policy.

— to ensure that the received personal data is kept confidential, not to disclose it without the prior consent of the User, and to refrain from selling, exchanging, publishing or otherwise transferring personal information to third parties, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. — to destroy or block personal data relating to the relevant User, from the moment of the application or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

Protection of information collected

— The site takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical precautions to protect the confidentiality of user data. Only those employees of the Site who need to perform work functions that require access to personal data have access to information about Users.

— the User acknowledges that in case of negligence by the User regarding the safe storage of personal data, third parties may gain unauthorized access to them. Additional terms and conditions

The Administration / authorized representative / owner of the Site reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy unilaterally, without prior consent or notification to the User. All changes come into force from the moment the updated text of the Policy is published on the Site, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the document.

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as taking into account the provisions of European Union legislation on the protection of personal data of individuals and the free movement of such data (GDPR).
