Order Processing & Dispatch

Once we receive your order and payment, we start painting the product and then ship it to you.
Delivery is usually fast, which is why we require full prepayment.

Made-to-Order Items

We do not ship with Cash on Delivery. Payment is processed via bank transfer, or alternatively, USDT cryptocurrency payment can be arranged.

If you purchase an item that is in stock but something goes wrong, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start production, a 50% prepayment is required to our sole proprietorship account.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipping, after we send you photos and videos of the finished product.

The production time varies between 20 to 40 business days, depending on the product type and the production queue.

Standard Delivery via Nova Poshta

We deliver furniture to all cities and towns across Ukraine using Nova Poshta, Delivery, or individually arranged freight transport.

Home delivery with Nova Poshta is paid by the customer. Delivery time is 1–2 days after dispatch.

Please note: carrying the furniture inside the apartment/house and lifting it to upper floors is not included in the delivery service.

If you order bulky or heavy furniture, we recommend arranging help in advance (carrying assistants, access to an elevator, etc.).

When receiving your order, always check the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice serious damage, do not accept the parcel and immediately contact us. We will promptly resolve the issue without unnecessary stress.

All items shipped through Nova Poshta are carefully packed with additional protective layers for the surfaces. This minimizes the risk of damage during transportation. And even if something unexpected happens — we will quickly replace the item. You can be confident 🙂

We offer several convenient payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to sole proprietorship account (with invoice available)

  • Cryptocurrency payment (USDT) — by prior agreement with our manager

International Shipping

We also export our products to various European countries.
We can calculate the shipping cost to any country; however, please note that international delivery can be quite expensive.

If you are interested in a bulk or complex order, international shipping becomes a practical option worth considering.
