Product Returns

If the color, size, or model of a standard product does not suit you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect it for integrity and absence of defects. After verification, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used.

If you paid by card, please note that the refund is not instant. Your bank may process the transaction within up to two weeks from the moment we submit the request.

If the returned item shows defects, signs of use, or requires restoration, the restoration cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured individually according to your measurements or in custom colors are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (except in cases of factory defects).
